Science Lesson Plans: January 29th – February 2nd

Monday – TSW complete the chemical changes lab/lab report forms. TTW help students analyze the data and review page 150 in the red workbook.

Homework: Be sure to complete the Chapter 18 Review in your textbook and study chapter 18 in your red workbook.

Tuesday – TTW will conduct an oral assessment on the following topics: size, weight, volume, density, mass, inertia, physical properties/changes and chemical properties/changes in preparation for Thursday’s test.

Homework: Study your class notes and your red workbook for Thursday’s chapter 18 test.

Wednesday – TSW have an opportunity to ask any final questions over chapter 18 content. TTW begin contrasting the particle arrangement and motion in solids, liquids and gases. (7.12.spi.4)

Thursday – TSW complete a chapter 18 assessment in a format similar to the T-CAP.

Friday – TSW distinguish between elements, compounds and mixtures and classify them based on their symbols or formulas. (7.12.spi.2,3)
